Return Policy:
Any product received damage or has a defect in the material may be returned to Goliathpics.com. We must get notification of return within 10 days of delivery date to receive a credit or replacement.

You agree to hold harmless Goliathpics.com, the entity of Northeast Printing and Graphics, Inc. business partners, employees, agents, and 3rd party information providers to this service form all claims, losses, expenses, damages and cost, and responsible attorney’s fees, resulting from or arising out of images or content uploaded to this site or misuse of this service by you or any violations of these terms and conditions. No contract will exist between Goliathpics.com and you, unless Goliathpics.com accepts the order.

All prices stated are in U.S. dollars, and are valid unless changed by us, Goliathpics.com charges sales tax on orders received from within the state of Massachusetts. You agree that all charges, taxes, shipping and handling charges fees will be automatically charged to the credit card provided or paid in full with an approved payment method.
